Mengyi Yang

Mengyi Yang is a Junior Program Financial Analyst based out of IISD’s headquarters in Winnipeg, Canada. Mengyi comes to IISD with over 4 years of accounting and tax experience in China and Australia, with prior roles at Da Hua International Management Consulting in Beijing and at Austax Accounting Services in New South Wales. 

Mengyi is a full member of CPA Australia and completed a professional year in accounting at Performance Education in Sydney. She also holds a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of International Economics and Trade from Southwest Jiaotong University. In addition to her financial skills, Mengyi is a National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters-certified translator from English to Chinese.
